TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET
By purchasing a ticket to AIcreatex (The AI Creator Summit), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase a ticket.
Please note tickets are non-refundable once purchased due to the virtual nature of the event and the provision of recordings post event. Brand passes may be transferred to a colleague with prior consent from the organiser.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the ticket purchaser) and Faceless Brand AI (the event organiser). Please retain a copy of these terms for your records.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
"the Event"
AIcreatex (The AI Creator Expo), a one-day virtual event organised by Faceless Brand AI, taking place on the Event Date.
"Event Date"
The confirmed date of the Event, to be announced by the Organiser. The Event is scheduled for Q3/Q4 2026.
"the Organiser"
Faceless Brand AI, operated by Samantha Michelle Withey, contactable at info@financialfreedomoverforty.com.
"Ticket"
A right of admission to the Event, purchased through the official ticketing platform, in one of the pass types described in Clause 3.
"Ticket Holder" / "you"
The individual who has purchased a Ticket or on whose behalf a Ticket has been purchased.
"Platform"
The virtual events platform on which the Event is hosted as notified to registered attendees.
"Speed Dating Room”
The structured virtual meeting space available to VIP Creator Pass and Brand Pass holders, in which pre-arranged 1:1 meetings between creators and brands take place.
"Session Recordings"
Video recordings of talks and presentations delivered in the Main Room during the Event, made available post-event to eligible Ticket Holders.
"Goody Bag"
A digital collection of resources, offers, tools, and discounts provided to Ticket Holders in accordance with their pass type.
2. Organiser Details
The Event is organised and operated by Faceless Brand AI.

3. Ticket Types and Entitlements
Three ticket types are available for the Event. The entitlements associated with each ticket type are as set out below and represent the full scope of what is included. Any benefits not expressly listed are not included.
3.1 Standard Creator Pass — £27
The Standard Creator Pass entitles the Ticket Holder to:

Full-day access to the Main Room, including all Stage sessions and the Opening and Closing Keynotes;

Access to the Networking Room (Community Lounge) for open networking with other attendees throughout the Event day;

One (1) digital virtual goody bag, distributed to registered attendees following the Event.

Access to all Session Recordings from the Main Room, delivered to the Ticket Holder's registered email address within 48 hours of the Event closing;
3.2 VIP Creator Pass — £67 (Limited availability)
The VIP Creator Pass entitles the Ticket Holder to:

All entitlements included in the Standard Creator Pass (Clause 3.1);

Up to three (3) pre-arranged 10-minute 1:1 virtual meetings with brands in the Speed Dating Rooms. Meeting details will be confirmed no later than 7 days before the Event. Meetings are allocated and scheduled by the Organiser and are subject to availability and brand matching;

Access to all Session Recordings from the Main Room, delivered to the Ticket Holder's registered email address within 48 hours of the Event closing;
-
One (1) VIP digital goody bag, which may contain additional or different content to the Standard virtual goody bag.
VIP Creator Pass holders are required to complete a matching profile after registration. This will be sent via email. Failure to complete a profile may result in the Organiser being unable to arrange matched meetings.
IMPORTANT
VIP Creator Passes are strictly limited. The Organiser reserves the right to close VIP Creator Pass sales at any time. Purchase does not guarantee a specific number of brand meetings; the Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to arrange the maximum number possible (up to 3) subject to brand availability.
3.3 Brand Pass — £150
The Brand Pass is intended for businesses, brands, and marketing teams seeking to connect with AI content creators. The Brand Pass entitles the Ticket Holder to:

Full-day access to the Main Room, including all Stage sessions and the Opening and Closing Keynotes;

Access to the Networking Room (Community Lounge) throughout the Event day;
-
Up to six (6) pre-matched 10-minute 1:1 virtual meetings with AI creators in the Matchmaking Room. Meetings are allocated and scheduled by the Organiser based on creator-brand matching profiles submitted at registration. The Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to arrange the maximum number of meetings but cannot guarantee six meetings in all circumstances;

Access to all Session Recordings from the Main Room, delivered to the Ticket Holder's registered email address within 48 hours of the event closing;

A full list of creators registered and in attendance at the Event, provided post-event. This list will include creator names and platform/niche information as submitted by creators at registration. It will not include contact details unless creators have specifically consented to share them.
Brand Pass holders are required to complete a brand profile after registration, including their niche, content requirements, and indicative budget range. This will be sent via email. Failure to complete a profile may result in the Organiser being unable to arrange matched meetings.
4. Purchasing Tickets

Tickets must be purchased through the official AIcreatex ticketing page. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through any other channel.

A binding contract is formed between you and the Organiser at the point of purchase, when payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation to your registered email address. Please retain this confirmation as proof of purchase.

All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Each ticket is personal to the named Ticket Holder. Tickets may not be transferred to another individual without prior written consent from the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per transaction or per individual.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct or behaviour is considered disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these Terms, without refund.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Ticket Holders
Due to the virtual nature of this event and the access to recordings post event, Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Brand passes my be transferred to a colleague at the same company. To arrange a transfer please contact the organiser at info@financialfreedomoverforty at least 7 days before the event.
5.2 Cancellation by the Organiser
In the event that the Organiser cancels the Event in its entirety before it commences, all Ticket Holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Ticket Holder in connection with the Event (such as software, equipment, or third-party services purchased in preparation).
5.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
6. Event Delivery and Access

The Event will be delivered entirely online via the Platform. Access details and platform links will be sent to all registered Ticket Holders no later than 48 hours before the Event Date.

Ticket Holders are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable internet-connected device and any software or browser requirements necessary to participate in the Platform. The Organiser accepts no liability for technical issues on the Ticket Holder's end that prevent access.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the Platform provider before the Event. In such cases, Ticket Holders will be notified and provided with updated access instructions. This does not constitute a material change entitling Ticket Holders to a refund.

All times in the Event schedule are stated in British Summer Time (BST). Ticket Holders in different timezones are responsible for converting times accordingly.

Access to the Event is personal to the named Ticket Holder. Ticket Holders must not share their access link or login credentials with others. The Organiser reserves the right to revoke access if credential sharing is detected, without refund.
7. Speed Dating Rooms and Pre-Arranged Meetings

The Speed Dating Rooms is available to VIP Creator Pass and Brand Pass holders only. Access for Standard Creator Pass holders is limited to open networking within the Networking Room and does not include pre-arranged meetings.

Pre-arranged meetings in the Speed Dating Rooms are allocated and scheduled by the Organiser based on creator and brand profiles submitted at registration. The Organiser uses reasonable endeavours to make appropriate matches but does not guarantee a specific outcome, including but not limited to the quality of matches, the number of meetings allocated, or any commercial result arising from meetings.

VIP Creator Pass holders will receive up to three (3) pre-arranged meetings, subject to brand availability. Brand Pass holders will receive up to six (6) meetings, subject to creator availability. These figures represent maximum entitlements and are not guaranteed minimums.

Meeting schedules will be provided to eligible Ticket Holders no later than 7 days before the Event. Ticket Holders are responsible for attending their scheduled meetings at the appointed times. No-shows will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given for missed meetings.

All conversations and interactions in the Speed Dating Rooms are between the individual Ticket Holders. The Organiser is not a party to any commercial agreement, partnership, or arrangement that may arise from meetings facilitated at the Event and accepts no liability in connection with any such arrangement.
8. Session Recordings

Session Recordings of all Main Room talks are provided exclusively to VIP Creator Pass and Brand Pass holders. Standard Creator Pass holders do not receive recordings as part of their ticket entitlement.

Recordings will be delivered to the Ticket Holder's registered email address within 48 hours of the Event closing. The Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to meet this deadline but does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours in all circumstances.

Session Recordings are provided for the personal use of the Ticket Holder only. Ticket Holders must not distribute, publish, sell, upload, or share recordings in any form — in whole or in part — without prior written consent from the Organiser. Unauthorised distribution of recordings constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

The Organiser retains all intellectual property rights in Session Recordings. Access to recordings does not transfer any ownership or licence rights beyond personal use.

In exceptional circumstances (for example, technical failure during recording), individual sessions may not be available as recordings. The Organiser will notify affected Ticket Holders as soon as reasonably practicable. No refund will be issued solely on the basis that a specific session recording is unavailable, unless the unavailability affects the majority of the programme.
9. Digital Goody Bags

Standard Creator Pass holders will receive one (1) virtual goody bag. VIP Creator Pass holders will receive one (1) VIP goody bag. Brand Pass holders do not automatically receive a goody bag unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

The contents of goody bags are determined solely by the Organiser and may include digital resources, discount codes, offers from sponsors, tool trials, and other materials. Contents are subject to change without notice and are provided on an 'as available' basis.

Third-party offers, discount codes, and tools included in goody bags are provided by third parties and governed by those third parties' own terms and conditions. The Organiser accepts no liability for the quality, availability, or accuracy of third-party content.

Goody bags are non-transferable and have no cash value.
10. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the Event — including but not limited to presentations, talks, slides, graphics, and materials — remains the intellectual property of the Organiser or the respective speaker or third party.

Ticket Holders must not record, screenshot, or capture Event content for distribution without prior written consent from the Organiser and, where applicable, the relevant speaker.

Ticket Holders grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use any feedback, testimonials, or written comments submitted in connection with the Event for marketing and promotional purposes.
11. Code of Conduct
AIcreatex is committed to being an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment for all attendees, speakers, and brands. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

Treat all other attendees, speakers, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times;

Not engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behaviour of any kind;
-
Not disrupt sessions, meetings, or networking spaces;
-
Not promote competing events or services within the Event environment without prior written consent from the Organiser;
-
Not use the Event to distribute spam, unsolicited promotional material, or malicious content.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any Ticket Holder from the Event at any time for breach of this Code of Conduct, without refund.
12. Data Protection and Privacy

By purchasing a ticket and registering for the Event, you consent to the Organiser collecting and processing your personal data (including your name, email address, and any information provided in your registration profile) for the purposes of event administration, communication, and matchmaking.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Organiser's Privacy Policy, available at www.facelessbrandai.net/privacy-policy sets out further details of how your data is used and your rights as a data subject.

Your data will not be sold to third parties. Where Brand Pass holders receive a list of creators in attendance, this list will include only information creators have agreed to share at the time of registration.

The Organiser may send you communications relating to the Event, including updates, schedule changes, and post-event follow-up. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that the event may be recorded and that your contributions in open sessions (such as group networking or Q&A) may appear in recordings. If you have concerns about appearing in recordings, please contact the Organiser before the Event.
13. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

The Organiser's total liability to any Ticket Holder in connection with the Event shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant ticket.

The Organiser is not liable for any failure to deliver any element of the Event that is beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet failure, acts of God, government action, or pandemic-related restrictions ("Force Majeure Events"). In such circumstances, the Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to notify Ticket Holders and, where possible, reschedule or make alternative arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Sponsors and Third-Party Content

The Event may feature content, tools, and demonstrations from sponsors and third parties. The presence of a sponsor at the Event does not constitute an endorsement by the Organiser of that sponsor's products or services.

The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from a Ticket Holder's reliance on, or use of, any third-party product or service promoted or demonstrated at the Event.

Any commercial arrangements entered into between Ticket Holders and sponsors or third parties are entirely separate from the Ticket Holder's relationship with the Organiser.
15. Amendments to These Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Organiser will notify registered Ticket Holders by email and publish the updated Terms on the Event website. Continued holding of a ticket following notification of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may cancel your ticket in accordance with the refund policy in Clause 5.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
